If you decide to cancel your reservation, we offer a 20% refund of the deposit made at the time of booking, as long as the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled date of your activity.

 

2. Cancellation Process
To request the cancellation of your reservation, follow these steps:

 

Send an email to our customer service team or call us at the number indicated on our website.
Be sure to include your reservation number and details of the activity you wish to cancel.
Once we receive your request, our team will confirm the cancellation and provide you with refund information.


3. Refunds
The 20% deposit refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the reservation. Please note that the time it will take for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.

 

4. Late Cancellations


If you decide to cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the activity date, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. In this case, the total deposit will be considered forfeited.

 

5. Changes in the Reservation
If you need to make any changes to your reservation, such as adjusting the date or activity, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as the change is made more than 48 hours in advance.

 

6. Cancellations due to weather conditions

In the event that weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation force us to cancel the activity, we will offer you the option to reschedule your reservation or receive a full refund of your deposit. The safety of our clients is our top priority.
