Our Playa del Carmen dive program offers a variety of different reefs for both beginners and advanced divers, where you can dive to 12 meters (40 feet), perfect for beginners, and to 24, 27 and 30 meters (80, 90 and 100 feet) for advanced divers ready for a bigger challenge.
All the reefs have beautiful and magnificent marine life where you may encounter turtles, rays, dogfish, nurse sharks, bull, moray eels, lobsters, crabs and several species of colorful fish. There are reefs and dives ideal for all types of divers and our team will give you suggestions according to your level of experience.
There are daily departures in the morning, at noon and in the evening. During the season from December to March, there are trips once a day to dive with the bull shark. You can also dive the wreck, Mama Viña, at 27 meters (90 feet). This among other things.
Our personalized service offers you groups of maximum four divers plus the guide, who is a PADI certified professional. This way we guarantee you more safety and fun.

1. Start of the Day: Welcome & Preparation
– Arrival at the Dive Center: Upon arrival at the dive center, you are greeted by a professional and friendly dive team. Here you will check in, meet your guide and we will provide you with the equipment you will use during your tour.
– Orientation and Safety Briefing: A detailed orientation of the dive plan, marine environment, sea conditions, and safety rules is conducted.
2. First Reef Dive:
– Departure by boat: Comfortable boat equipped with safety equipment. During the trip to the first dive site, equipment is checked and support is provided to less experienced divers.
– Reef Dive: The dive lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on each diver’s air consumption and no decompression limits.
3. Surface Interval:
After the first dive, we will do the surface time on board the boat; water is offered on board.
This time is used to review the first dive, share observations and tips, and prepare the equipment for the next dive.
4. Second dive:
– Reef Dive: The dive lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on each diver’s air consumption and no decompression limits.
5. Return to the Dive Center and Conclusion of the Tour
– Return to the Dive Center: After the second dive, the boat returns to the dive center. During the return trip, water is provided on board.
– Once back at the dive center, a summary of the day is given, sharing photos and videos taken during the dives. Divers have the opportunity to shower and change.
